Engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and commissioning of the Coal Crushing and Handling Facility. Coal is received from off-road trucks at the truck dump hopper. The hopper discharges through a feeder breaker and to a conveyor feeding a sizing station. After crushing, the coal is conveyed and discharged to a 200,000 ton storage pile with a traveling tripper. The coal is reclaimed through a tunnel and is fed onto the reclaim conveyor with hoppers, coal valves and pile activators. The coal is then transferred onto an existing conveyor. Dust suppression is provided at the truck dump hopper, at the discharge of the sizer, and at the load area of the existing overland conveyor. Additional ancillary systems include fire detection and protection, wash down hose stations, and tunnel ventilation.
