Before joining Cementation AG, Clark was Director of Operations for Roberts & Schaefer’s Minerals and Metals Group. Clark has over 30 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, construction as well as plant operations and maintenance within the mining, power and chemical industries. Throughout his career, he has directly managed engineering, estimating and project controls, QA/QC, construction equipment pool (owned/rented) and the contracts and licensing departments for operations in North America, Europe and Australia.
Clark is accountable for implementing Cementation AG’s mission and vison which chart the course to be a reliable resource to our Clients, delivering value for money. His role is to ensure the Cementation AG team is fully supported, prepared and motivated. He is responsible for aligning the team with our Client’s objectives and outcome expectations. Aligning the team includes bringing the extensive resources at his disposal from within the Murray & Roberts family of companies to deliver what is “best for project” results.
Boris has over 22 years of experience managing a wide range of projects from studies and small projects to large, multi-hundred million dollar projects. His background includes engineering as well as on-site construction, fabrication and manufacturing management. He has the unique dual perspective of managing projects as an owner as well as for EPC companies. Boris came directly to Cementation AG from Roberts & Schaefer Company where he was the Project Management Department Head. His group managed a wide variety of projects from complex Tungsten Recovery/Processing Plants to caustic soil remediation programs to bulk material handling systems. Boris has also directly managed full-scope engineering, procurement and construction of large coking plants located in North and South America.
In his role as Director of Project Management for Cementation AG, Boris defines and oversees implementation of and compliance with Cementation AG’s project performance standards. Chief among the objectives he has established within our standards is the requirement to provide clear performance reporting to our Clients based on mutually define performance measures. His charter is to provide timely and accurate safety, budget, schedule, quality and productivity performance reports that meet our Client’s expectations. In addition, Boris’ group manages procurement, expediting and logistics, and sub-contract evaluation and management.
Brad joined Cementation AG after 30+ years with Roberts & Schaefer Company where he held several key leadership positions including Chief Engineer and Senior Operations Manager. Brad brings a wealth of technical experience in engineering, logistical analysis, system simulation, procurement, and construction management to the Cementation AG Leadership Team. His involvement extends across the mining, power and the materials handling industries in North America and in the Asia-Pacific region. Brad’s experience also includes the engineering and construction management of numerous process facilities such as phosphate rock, gold and copper as well as sophisticated material handling systems.
As Director of Engineered Systems and Process for Cementation AG, Brad is responsible for applying his expertise to lead the formation of real solutions to technical challenges that deliver "best for project" results for our Clients. Starting as early in the project life cycle as possible, Brad assembles a team made up of members that can best achieve the project owner’s objectives. Engineering, construction, and OEM representatives along with the owner’s operations and maintenance delegates are assembled to form the steering team that will lead concept development and oversee refinements all the way through to commissioning and startup.
Sterling came to Cementation AG directly from Roberts & Schaefer where he was Manager of Estimating and Project Risk Assessment. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction in the mining, heavy civil, energy and environmental industries. His first-hand experience includes performance plan compliance for engineered mineral handling and process systems, environmental assessments, reclamation plan development and execution oversight, hazardous material remediation and hydrology studies.
As Director of Estimating and Project Controls for Cementation AG, Sterling is responsible for the preparation and oversight of engineering, construction, and full-scope EPC cost and schedule estimates for domestic and international projects. He is responsible for defining the estimate development standards and systems that seamlessly interface directly with our cost and schedule control programs. With our fully integrated system and program standards, Sterling’s group is a key resource for Project Managers and our Engineering Team, helping to drive certainty of outcome and performance reliability for our Clients.
Wayne has over 29 years of international and domestic experience in mining, bulk handling and mineral processing facilities. Prior to joining Cementation AG, he worked for Roberts & Schaefer in the Minerals Business Unit and Manager of Estimating roles. His experience includes a broad range of skills including project management, estimating, procurement, risk assessment/management, scheduling, cost controls and resource management.
For all intents and purposes, Wayne is the client resident inside our operation. He is responsible for aligning the objectives and expectations of our Clients with ours as the full-service EPC Contractor. He helps ensure that we are reliable and continually earn the confidence of our Clients.
